The value of life is to grow, to improve, to acquire greater skills and apply talents
Each of us and all of us have this choice about us, some within us, and some act upon it
The will to live speaks to us with our horror and discomfort with suicide
Our will to connect belies our greatest strengths and greatest weaknesses
We envy and deride the one who achieves the balance of their personality and succeeds
The will to improve…
not our bank accounts, not our possessions, not our appearance, and not our tribes…
but that which watches our selves through the day, notices our pains and loves, channels our every feeling, and dismisses most of our thoughts.
The will to power is that which we are as we watch ourselves.
